1. Introduction

Welcome to OMS Planner Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://omsplanner.pro) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

OMS Planner Pro provides a Notion planner template specifically designed for OMS Course work for Georgia Tech's Online Master's Program, along with a setup guide.

To access our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, users receive access to a Notion template and setup guide. Users own the right to use the Notion template for personal use but do not have the right to publicly share or resell it.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
